I had a unique opportunity to spend time with community elders who are also part of the Waltja organisation in Alice Springs. The painting on the table was part of a lesson where we were learning what all the symbols meant. this was a very special moment. I was awed by the wisdom and humility of these beautiful women.

I look at faces all the time; on the train, at work, on the street and often I want to stop Interesting, happy, nutty, funny, original people with "hey can I paint you".
